I was reminded of this forum just now by an email from Benji, a forum admin about the loss of the vanessamae.org URL. I do hope we get it back. And BTW, Benji, I tried replying to you but the email bounced! I think I heard of this forum originally by an email from aventine, way way back in 1999 or 2...

Use Linux :) that way you're totally immune from all the viruses, worms and trojans which spread thru security holes in M$ software.

Anyway browsers (and email clients) shouldn't execute programs on the client computer without the user's full knowledge and permission, period.
