Yep that's the same guy and the same cd - he's back, remember Rijko I posted a message about him in old forum, I really hate that kind of sellers - especially when he writes:

- ''Are those CD s legal?
Absolutely! All collection were released in Russia for Eastern European countries. You will find special holographic mark on the cover of each CD that says all CD s are legal"

THAT'S FOR SURE IS BOOTLEG! released in his computer's hard drive or at the local pirates!

Sad thing is that people are believing in this kind of words - I mean that cd is legal and are buying stuff from him - last time when I saw him he had almost no feedback, now he have sold at least 30 items.

I hope no one will bid on this item!

Its really sad!!!!! Why does somebody do this? It is a bit shady... Making profit from other peoples' succes......... Really sad!!!!!!!!!!

OK, bad idea:

We can all create temporary Ebay names (like VM_Fan_001, etc.); give the sellers some Complaint feedbacks; drop their ratings ... oh course, Ebay might later ban our temporary names, perhaps email addresses too.

IMO, VM and EMI know Ebay is out there. It's her/their choice to act on these items. Both VM and EMI can send Ebay requests to drop these items (since they own the copyrights). Us, as fans, cannot do this ... I tried in the past, and Ebay told me that I had no say in the issue.

Joe is right. As fabs we have no say in these issues. It is up to EMI and Vanessa-Mae to take action against these kind of practice.

They probably will as soon as their copyrights are violated on a large scale.
