Vanessa-Mae's upcoming 28th bday: join the project

Dear colleague fans,

The 28th birhtday of our dearest and much beloved Vanessa-Mae is now rapidly approaching.

It has become customary since 2000 that her best fans gathered in this forum surprise her by sending with personally designed bday greeting cards and some small presents to show our appreciation for her and her music.

Besides these, we always add a nice letter and a list with questions about issues of our concern. Vanessa-Mae will provide us feedback on these issues, as she always did on all previous occasions.

To get an impression what we all did for her, see the 'bday archives' at:

So for all who want to join:

1: Let me know that you are interested to join by posting a reply in this topic, or by sending me a pm.

2: Design you own bday card for Vanessa-Mae in any digital format and send it to me by email. I will provide my email address to you by pm.

3: Submit one or more questions for Vanessa-Mae. These questions should deal with her career and public life. Too personal questions will be edited by me or simple skipped.

4: Any ideas for small presents are more than welcome.

At this moment this once so lively forum id quite dormant. Nevertheless, I hope many will join this years bday project to show Vanessa-Mae our appreciation for her.

For now, I have about 3 maybe 4 participants. We need more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Karen, als welcome on board of this annual project. Please make a card in electronic form and submit some questions that you have for Vanessa-Mae. This is your chance to get them answered.

Karen, send me a pm for me email address!

I will also send Vanessa-Mae the results of my questionnaire together with the questions and the cards.

I too am awaiting her reaction to the questionnaire. I hope she will have some laughs about it.

When does my card have to be in by? My Art Teacher is currently marking my picture. I have a much smaller version, but Im not sure if its better or not!

Hope Rijko doesn't mind my answering your question to him.

Last year we had to have the electronic cards to him by the 1st of October. Hope that gives you enough time to scan your art work and send it.
