help with a song-video needed...

As I was in Germany on 2003-2004.. I saw a techno song video... (or is it house?)... It showed a sunflower field and a blind old woman with a green/blue "robe" kneeling on a highway with lots of sunflowers.. she also gives a guy a sunflower... I think one of the lines of the song was "Now, that I'm here"...

could anybody help me to find the song's name?
