"I am delighted to join Cruelty Free International on this landmark occasion as its new Global Ambassador to stand up for animals in laboratories. It is truly heart-breaking that every year millions of animals are born to suffer and die in experiments. Please help us consign animal testing to the history books, along with other cruel acts from the past"

Remarkable, isn't the first aim to abolish testing of cosmetic products on animals, despite this, Vanessa-Mae is wearing a lot of make-up including a bright highlight of lipstick during the presentation event. Wouldn't it be logical for this particular event, to keep her face decoration limited and certainly not so striking and descriptive.
During the China Exchange Musical chairs event, Vanessa-Mae mentioned on video that she wanted to be more in charity work and she specified Cruelty Free International in particular. David Tang asked then her: what kind of lipstick are you wearing? ( app 31 min). Vanessa-Mae told the audience that her visagist shopped extensively for non animal tested cosmetic products.
Hopefully, Vanessa-Mae's trust on her visagist is correct. It would be a shame if it would come out that Vanessa-Mae in her position for Cruelty Free International is using the wrong cosmetics.
