Sure. She has been doing the same performance with some changes for 14 years. I really enjoyed more the part of violin solos such as Black eyes, Nessum dorma or even the song Widescreen. Of course it's always a pleasure Roxane's veil.
And Sabre dance is too long with many repetitions for me.

It doesn't show any ambtion to improve herself or to win new fans. It is all on automatic pilot, just for the money.

I don't really understand why she doesn't try anything new.
Although I love her music, she always seems to be in the same loop, and now it's getting boring at this time.
She could update her repertoire a little bit. Please, do it.

You have to keep in mind that making a new album takes quite a bit of commitment. Not only is she responsible for the musical material, but there also concert and promotional appearances she has to agree to as well. Vanessa has been doing this for over 20 years, and she may not want to go down that road again. Most of her teenage and early adult years was spent releasing new albums and touring all over the world. I think she's done with that part of her musical career.

With that being said, I hope she does release a new album. I don't want her to rush it though. She has often stated that she always has new musical ideas floating around, so hopefully she'll be able to have the resources and the time to bring it to life. Perhaps she'll release it on itunes and bypass the record labels altogether. Hopefully, when she answers the latest batch of questions we'll see how far she is in the process of releasing a new album.

Vanessa Mae is an artist from the past. She is an unknown among the current and young generations.

Yes, she has done her share and makes a legitimate choice in doing as she is doing right now.

It has been 14 yrs like this. I do not expect anything from her anymore.
