Vanessa-Mae's stalker free after serving time on remand

David Martin, the man who stalked and harassed our Vanessa-Mae for years, was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment but was set free because he did his tiime on remand already. David Martin was arrested in February because he violated court order to stay out of London when Lionel spotted him near Vanessa-Mae's home in Kensington.

The judge added to his verdict the words: 'Mr Martin you go out of London and stay out of London.'

David Martin might face 5 years of imprisonment if he violates the court orders once again.

A police officer told the press that he was sure Mr Martin would resume his terror after a while.

Our Vanessa-Mae commented to be very worried, but happy that police and court treated the case seriously.

Really worried that a psycho like him was out and about. Want to see him locked up for as long as possible... I doubt any time would be long enough though without majorly "infringing" on his "rights".
