Walter Taieb?

Post by violoniste »

I looked at the sony uk page I saw that they do not mention Walter Taieb in the press release. It is strange, since he has 3 pieces on the cd. It is unfortunate, as many people on this forum think his compositions are some of the best on the album.

Yes I know but he's not mentioned in the actual article. Anybody heard "The Alchemist Symphony"? it's mentioned on vanessa-mae.com . thanks

I am not familiar with 'The Alchemist Symphony' by Walter Taieb. I am certainly going to listen to it.

Handel, Katchkaturian and Jon cohen are also not mentioned in the text of the announcement.

The Royal Albert hall was built in 1871 and is full of history it has had
150,000 performances taken place with in its Auditorium.

select> About the Hall/ History

The Royal festival Hall was built over a 3 year period, construction was
started in 1948 and finished in 1951.
The Festival Hall is situated beside the Thames River and is just up the
road from the London Eye ferris wheel.
So if you concert goers have some spare time you should go on it.
The Festival hall is a typical early 50's UK building constructed from concrete.
