Question for VS.NET programmers

I need help in customizing a setup/deployment project.

I need to make the form I created appear before the splash or installation folder dialog windows.

I tried calling the form from a derived installer class which I have added in the Install folder of the Custom Actions editor BUT the form appears during the progress of the installation. I want my form to appear upon the execution of the installer.

being a fellow programmer id love to help out, but unfortunatelly, ive not been able to get my hands on VS.net, im still on the previous version of VS.

i havent even seen it in action so i cant assume anything about how it runs or how to help, hopefully someone else might be able to help.
