What is so special about a http://www.myspace.com profile; what are the benifits? Do you recommend it?

Rijko mate,
There is nothing special about myspace, all it is is that you add a profile for yourself and write things about yourself, people are nosey on it. I think it is a waste of time to be honest. I have one too but never went on it as it is a waste of space!

I wouldnt recommend it. I had a profile for a bit, but then I just gave up on it. Its just a site where you talk about your self.

I made a profile just to see what all the fuss was about, but then I couldn't see any point in having it.

I know a few local bands that have MySpace pages, and they use then to advertise their gigs. For people like that I think it's a really useful site because it's a cheap way for them to get information out. But for the rest of us who don't have interesting lives... nope...
