Having just finished watching and listening to Vanessa-Mae at the Berlin Philharmonie for yet another time..... I must admit to you that it is my favorite video, ( I am really a Classical Fiend more than anything else ).

While watching and listening I suddenly realized that besides the energy and lively style of Vanessa-Mae while playing; it was something else that makes her a one-of-a-kind. A superb Violinist. One above the ordinary ranks of even the best Violinists. Do you know what it is ?

In my humble opinion it is the FLOURISHES that she adds so effortlessly to all of her pieces ! She takes good music and makes it better. I have listened to others recently, and there is no comparison. This is especially true in the Classical Music field.

Now that I have noticed this, I will be paying much more attention. I think I will enjoy it even more now.

May she play forever !
