RE: INTERVIEW RADIO ZET

Post by CarrollTowerCX »

Well Girls and Boys,

After receiving a whole packet of magazine clippings from Poland (17 of them). I was trying to translate them into English when I came across this interview with Vanessa-Mae on Radio Zet, November, 1997. It is a very thorough interview with a lot of interesting information. I had it translated into English, so the syntax is a bit odd, but I am sure if you have not seen it before you will find it of interested. I had some trouble getting the whole interview translated, so I hope it all comes through ok.

Well I see it came through in Polish, so if you cannot translate it, I will try and send you a copy that I made of it translated into English. The interview is on 19 pages...cx

Yes, I had seen this interview before. The website is maintained by Sebastian Beneszak from Poland. We met in December 2001 at Vanessa-Mae's Tour For Change concert in Berlin.

Just copy and paste the text in google translate at http://translate.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wT#pl|en| for an automatic translation. The translation is not too good but It gives some impression on what she said there.

BTW, I really like the photo!

Image

The long black hair and dark eyes with smoldering eye make-up look fantastic. The silver top is great as well and contrasts beautifully with the dark colors of hair, eyes and eye make-up.

Absolutely, a wonderful presentation of our girl Vanessa-Mae.

Xanthippe,

I already ran that interview through the translator, and though the syntax is different , I was able to get the gist of what was being said. I believe it contained a lot of information I had not heard before. So I found this interview to be very interesting and informative.

That certainly was a great picture of our Vanessa.

Erzeta,

This is a written interview that took 18 pages of text, very interesting, contains a lot of new information i did not know. Use the link I furnished in the first post. It is in Polish. Then using Xanthippe's link , translate it. If you have trouble, I have it translated into English, and could post on a PM to you. Let me know. But you should be able to translate it without any problem.

Hi Erzeta,

I still do not know a whole lot about the computer, only had mine a year and a half. But this is all text. So if it was verbal it may have been in Polish. I know Vanessa did an interview in Hyde Park, London one time with a foreign reporter who did the interview in his countries language and Vanessa answered in English, but they did the translation as a voice over and you could only hear one or two of Vanessa's answers. As before, if you have any trouble with the translation, I will PM you a copy of my English translation.
