Vanessa-Mae attended the opening gala of a new Mandarin Hotel facilities in Paris, yesterday September 22 - see the Mandarin Hotel press release at:

I really like this dress. Also the hair-ribbon is nice. She definitely looks quite made up; I find it very beautiful and sure like it like this.
