THE BEST OF - questions...in need of an answer!

Hello!
I have some questions for you about the greatest hits.
1) which version of the songs are used? (ex. short or long, remixes, ecc..)
2)do anyone know when it will be released in europe?

Just the normal album versions of all songs have been used.

The album is relased in Austria and also in my country the Netherlands. I have no knowledge of other countries, but I expecy it to be available now or on short notice in Germany and the UK also.

EMI also released it in Baltic states a while ago. So in quite many countries in Europe best of is already released, but again EMI is playing with the release places and dates... ???
BTW There are two edited versions on best of - Destiny (3.11) and I Feel Love (4.26)

Gatis is right.

On the Best of album is the shorter single version of Destiny, and not the version as it is on STC album. Also Nessun Dorma is only a small part of a 'Violin Fantasy on Puccini's Turandot' as it is on the album 'China Girl.'

As a mattwer of fact, I am listening to the 'Best of Vanessa-Mae' cd at this very moment.

We had an extensive topic on this cd already in this forum. You can order a special edition of the cd via this link:

This is a limited version which also has a photo album added to the cd. I don't know if it is still available. There is also a track listing on this site.

www.amazon.co.uk and www.amazon.com also have the normal version available.

what format is the video in the cd? i'm having second thoughts in buying it because the video in my friend's cd can't be played on his windows media player and vcd player.
