Official Vanessa-Mae “MTV” Style videos in order of release are:
1. Toccata & Fugue
2. Red Hot
3. Classical Gas (Reggae Version)
4. I'm A Doun for Lack O' Johnnie
5. I'm A Doun for Lack O' Johnnie (Enhanced CD Version)
6. 1997 Reunification Overture (Happy Valley)
7. Storm
8. I Feel Love
9. Devil's Trill
10. Reflection
11. Violin Fantasy
12. The Handover (Making of the Siemens TV-ad)
13. Power of C (for Mercedes)
14. Destiny
15. White Bird
16. Art of War (Enhanced CD Track)
Notes:
5 & 16 are really just CD features.
9 was also included as a bonus in/on one of the singles.
11 was for play only in the UK movie thearters (maybe others too)
prior to (and in some cases after also) the showing of Mulan.
12 and 13 were more for advertising promotion of a product.
Official Videos:
1. Vanessa-Mae, Live at the Royal Albert Hall
(sometimes called Vanessa-Mae, The Red Hot Tour)
2. Vanessa-Mae, Live at the Berlin Philharmonie
3. Vanessa-Mae, Storm on World Tour (never released)
There has also been a number (I can think of 6) of EMI produced video
shorts (3 to 12 minutes) for promotional purposes. They often have
various video snippets combined with commentary on Vanessa-Mae
and typically feature one of the MTV-style videos above.
There are links to view many of these videos on page 1 of this topic.

The Handover (Making of the Siemens TV-ad) is about 110MB and is video #4 of 4 on the Hong Kong (malaysia too I think) special release of The Four Seasons CD/VCD combo pack. You may still be able to order it.
I have the first 3 videos of that VCD up on the first page of this topic. I will offer this for viewing in the end of November when I free up some server space. Will post a link then.

anyway the art of war video was actually screened here on mtv asia & mtv chinese so i guess its the official video or something

Perhaps you missed it. I posted at the topics Here and Here links to the enhanced CD's videos for Art of War from "Best of Vanessa-Mae" and Scottish Fantasy (I'm a Doun) from "The Classical Album 1". Warning: They are each over 50MB.
I have removed the files at the 2 links above. They
were intended to be available for only a short time.
As for the "Vanessa-Mae - Live in Taiwan" video I can post that in a few weeks. I have 2 or 3 quality levels but their sizes range from 120MB to over 300MB. I cannot afford to give up the server space for them right now.
