As far as I know the first picture is from the european version (which I got).
There is no difference except for the cover I think.

We discussed this 2 months ago. Here is what was said:

There are 3 basic versions of the Storm CD.
All have the same 14 Tracks in the same order, musically they are identical. The Asian and European are absolutely identical except each has a different front page on the booklet. The North American version has a very different booklet that also has 4 fewer pages. The back cover and CD Label are also different than the other releases.
