The auction has been cancelled after I threatyened the seller by outbiding any bid and then file a complaint against him for bringing items on auction that do not match the given description. Here is his very angry answer to my message:

Anyway, to avoid the wrath of some psycho like you (we all know how "huge" fans - as it is written correctly - can behave...) I have cancelled my offer at ebay. There are still other markets.
Maybe I should let you know that I will prove the legality of your action by a lawyer so this might have some re-action because of compulsion (or maybe you want to sell pictures by yourself and do not bear any competitors?). There might also be a report to ebay to make them throw you out... I will keep my eyes on you.
