Hi Street Rat nice to hear from you,
well things have changed drastically for me in the last year and it is now Christams day as I type this, I have been tending to a flock of about 100 sheep for a while now and enjoying the more peaceful life as a result, been very busy lambing and had a few firsts delivering some lambs by hand.
I have been by the town today and looked longingly in the local music shop at some violins, some time back in the forum I mentioned that I had always had a secret desire to "have a go" at violin but worried that fingers where too big and that I had nobody to help me etc, however I saw one in the window today that jumped out at me and I am giving serious consideration to buying it, good thing is I am currently residing in a shepards accomodation in the middle of nowhere in beautiful English countryside and the only things I can drive mad are the sheep:-), :banghead: so maybe now is a good time to try it out and see if I can create a screeching racket or what, it would be a good device to while away the hours watching over the ewes waiting to lamb.
anybody recommend a good starter website for the ABSOLUTE and TOTAL beginner?.
thanks
Ian
