VM Press Conference in HK - An unforgettable experience for a fan!

OMG Daisy! You are so so lucky! I'm so envious.. it's like one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences (though hopefully you can attend more in the future) and thanks for the links.. Vanessa-Mae looks so beautiful. =)

Thanks everybody! I do hope all of you would take every opportunity to meet her too. My suggestion is, if she happens to visit your city or nearby, try to contact the concert promoter. Convince them you are a dedicated fan. But of course, it would be easier if you have some contacts with her record label first and if you are mature enough. If you are too young, they might not admit you to an event like this.

Yes, there were a lot of tv camera teams. I also took a picture of them. Some had to stand on ladders or stools they brought for themselves to do their jobs. It's really fun to see how these people work. The journalists have been quite shy. When the MC started the open questions section, everybody was just taking photos. No questions for the first few seconds.

Know what, I'm very worried about tonite's photos. I'll bring two cameras but the digital one's optical zoom is only 3X. The other one, as I said, is only a simple automatic one. Without flashlight and having a dark environment, both cameras wouldn't work too well. I'll probably use more of the automatic. I'm so crumsy with the digital. Not used to looking at the LCD to shoot a picture

im not sure if anyone else noticed this, but in a few of the photos it looked almost as if VM was about to fall asleep right where she stood.
this is pure dedication to her fans, taking a press conference over sleep.

Hahaha, well, she looked that way only b'cos I was too slow-action. She used a lot of gestures and moved a lot whenever she spoke. It was very difficult for a layman like me to capture the right moments. The time I have adjusted the tele and wanted to snap the shot, she has already moved

I would expect the same problem tonite.

that was one reason, but also in her facial expression, her eyes and the rest of her face, she looked kind of exausted and a little run down. again could just be the way the camera caught her.

I don't think that Vanessa-Mae looks tired or run down at all. According to my observation, Vanessa-Mae is having a good time and she is quite alert: her eyes twinkle.

Daisy, do you have the impression that Vanessa-Mae enjoyed herself or did she treat this as an obligation she had to go through?

wow ,i think that u already can make urself a PHOTO ALBUM of VANESSA MAE already.
i'm sure that u will enjoy urself on tonight concert very much.hope that u wil get a chance to shake hand or hug with VANESSA MAE.
hope that i also got a chance to take some photo of VM when the time she come to MALAYSIA! :p :p

I think that these photos, together with Daisy's photos of Vanessa-Mae's press conference, adequately show the story of Vanessa-Mae's visit to Hong Kong.

Personally, I like her fine red shirt at the press conference and her gorgeous concert outfit with the indian top with matching pants very much. Also the photos of Vanessa-Mae wearing that nice white shirt at the after concert party are beautiflul. I also find her heavy make-up with smooth complexion and the spectacular red lipstick, which she is wearing at all stages of her pressence in Hong Kong, very beautiful.

Our Vanessa-Mae looked absolutely magnificent. It all suits her so well!!
