Post by Xanthippe »

Audi Magazine December 2004 issues has an extensive interview with our Vanessa-Mae whre she talks about Lionel and her three passions: violin and music, skiing and fast cars. The magazine has a wonderflu close-up photo of Vanessa-Mae on the cover and several other beautiful phots inside. I recently obtained this magazine and made scans available on my website at:

Audi Magazine 2004 winter edition features Vanessa-Mae on the cover photo and an with interview inside. Vanessa-Mae talks briefly about her love for Lionel and extensively about her three passions: the violin and music, skiing and her passion for fast cars that she developed after visiting the F1 race track in 1999. She tells that Lionel had no idea who she was when they met for the first time and that others had to inform him who this Vanessa really was. Vanessa-Mae also tells that she immediately felt that she could trust Lionel. Vanessa-Mae and Lionel both have a an Audi car: Vanessa-Mae an Audi S4 Quatro Avant and Lionel a TT. Vanessa-Mae loves driving her Audi and she tells that next she wants an Audi Le Mans Quatro, and she specifically explains that this is not because she is a VIP ambassador for Audi. Vanessa-Mae states that she would like to act in BBC's auto program 'Top Gear' set a time in the 'Celebrity Laps' and that she will do a race driving course before because she plans to beat all other celebrities who have done the track before her. However, Vanessa-Mae's participation in the program has yet to be confirmed. On her extraordinary and turbulent youth, Vanessa-Mae explains that her financially independency and musical artistic achievements could not have gone hand in hand with a normal childhood, and that she is happy and thankful for the choices and opportunities she had so far in her life. Rather frightening is her confession that a she cut her finger in the kitchen while opening a food can for her dog Gaspard almost made her cancel the special Choreography promotion concert in the Royal Festival Hall last October 2004.

The cover photo is a beautiful close-up of Vanessa-Mae that shows her perfectly made up visage framed with her gorgeous long black shining hair. Vanessa-Mae is made up with an immaculate complexion of a covering foundation, lots of heavy black mascara that accentuates the lashes of her eyes nicely, and her pursed lips are painted red with a soft undertone of purple. The close-up photo on the left of the second row makes it clear too that her face has been done with great care and meticulousness.

Gerrit,

Yes, it is a very nice and informative article. I am very happy to have it in my collection.

Promising is also Vanessa-Mae's ambition to set a lap time on the celebrity track in the BBC program 'Top Gear.' The new series of this program starts on may 22nd. Vanessa-Mae's participation is not confirmed yet, but maybe we will see our dearest Noodles on television again quite soon.

I'll keep an eye on the Top Gear website.

obviously, Vanessa-Mae is fascinated by fast and luxurious cars. I suppose therefore that she is quite a good driver, and hopefully a very responsible one too.

Yes me too, I would love to sit next to her!

Anyway, this article interview once agaion shows that our dearest Vanessa-Mae is a very stable and well-considered person. She is very wise as a result of the hectic life and chiildhood she had. It could have been so different - a depressed person, possible with drugs and alcohhol - if she had not such a strong personality indeed.
