Well it is 11:47pm EDT (GMT-5) for me in East USA.
DST is for April thru Oct so doesn't apply.
I would say you are Central Time zone so you are GMT-6,
but you said it was 11:05 so it sounds like you share my time zone which would mean you are GMT-5. Got it.!?

Wait, here is a better way, Go to:
http://greenwichmeantime.com/info/time.htm
Will work fine provided your computers clock is correct.
It will show you current GMT and your offset.

I think that Kevin's time issue is actually part of Ian's online scavenger hunt.

I think I am -5 hours behind myself at the moment !! ??? , I have had to re-think the clues again as one site I was going to use went membership only shortly after I put somethign up there meaning everybody woudl have had to become a member and sign up free with all the usual blurb...NAH !

Dont worry it's still opn though 9pm GMT, just that I am up to my armpits in paperwork doign something too
