In the second half of 2002, EMI released a 'Best Of Vanessa-Mae' cd world wide. In addition, EMI in Asia released a special limited edition containing a photo album as bonus. The photo book consists of 26 pages with photos and compilation of photos. There are some limited texts inserts in Asian characters too. Scans of all the pages of the photo album , including the front and back sides that are similar as the front and back sides of the regular cd booklet, are shown on my website, see the link below as highlight of my collection for September. The limited Asian edition holds the regular cd booklet as well.
The album consists of photos of Vanessa-Mae at a young age selected from her personal collection (pages 2 till 5) and of official photos shot by EMI photographers. Very nice are the compilation of close-ups of Vanessa-Mae as shown on page 1 and page 26. The album also holds the famous so-called 'white bird' series of 3 photos (pages 21-22).
