Vanessa-Mae in interview at Good Morning America, 1997

Vanessa-Mae visited the USA in November 1997 to do promotion for her new releases 'Storm' and 'China Girl.' Vanessa-Mae did show concerts, press meetings, a few autograph sessions. The most prominent and attention gaining activities though were a free open air show on Madison Avenue to highlight the opening ceremony of Shanghai Tangs new boutique on the 23rd, and Vanessa-Mae appeared on ABC morning television show 'good Morning America' on November 24th where she was interviewed and performed live 'I Am a Doun' on acoustic violin.

Next month's letter will deal with Vanessa-Mae's relation with David Tang and her participation in the opening ceremony for David Tang's new boutique on Madison Avenue, NY.

Nice work, but Bijsterg' server has not been available for a few weeks, at least I cannot access it. Logon screen never comes up, perhaps you can pm, or is it's just me.

Bijsterg closed his server for file sharing a few months ago.

Thanks for posting the links, and a special thanks to Jorgemae for the VM pictures and space for the videos. I posted the I'm a Doun and interview from a VHS tape and very happy to share.

Jorgemae main site is not ready for mutimedia (under construction). Purchased a Vannesa Mae / Bond promotional DVD that has good quality VOB videos, I have a clip of a Dance of the Knights (Power of C) soundtrack with scenes from all her videos (except Saber Dance). Converted to VCD and will upload when Jorgemae's site is ready.
